To honor our love of chocolate and International Chocolate Day Lewes Gifts, and Bayside Gifts will be celebrating in style! International Chocolate Day is an annual observance that occurs worldwide on July 7th. A favorite to many, chocolate was originally introduced to Europe in the 1500's. It arrived in the American colonies in Florida on a Spanish ship in 1641, and by 1773 cocoa beans were a major American colony import and chocolate began to be enjoyed by all!
